The Neshobe Farm
T. J. Boyle Associates guided the approval process and provided conceptual layout and master planning for this new development near downtown Brandon, Vermont. Planning services included integrating mixed-use residential, commercial and agricultural development into the overall site while preserving and incorporating the wetlands and agricultural soils. This project received the Vermont Planners Association 2009 Master Plan of the Year award and a 2009 Vermont Chapter ASLA Honor Award. -
O'Dell Planned Community Development
Site planning for 140 affordable units in four buildings as part of a mixed use Planned Unit Development for Wright and Morrissey Construction and Farrell Real Estate. Most recently completed 80 unit condominium structures with an additional 160 units in design and construction in one of South Burlington’s most active growth centers. Consultant for conceptual and preliminary master planning of 150 acre site. Plans include mixed-use housing, office and retail center, an assisted living facility, and several 4-7 acre industrial commercial lots. Construction pending. Wright and Morrissey, Inc. -
Salisbury Square
T.J. Boyle Associates, LLC was hired by the Randolph Area Community Development Corporation to develop designs for an infill site in downtown Randolph. These designs were used to secure additional funding to move forward and develop the site. T.J. Boyle Associates worked with RACDC, town officials, and members of the community through meetings, presentations and a design charette. The end result was an overall vision for the site derived from all participants.
