Visual Impact Analysis and Visualization
T. J. Boyle Associates has a well-deserved reputation for professional assessments and expert
testimony on issues of aesthetics, orderly growth and development, and neighborhood character in
the permitting process. Our founder, Terry Boyle, successfully represented the home owners’ association's aesthetic interests in the original Quechee Lakes case, and helped the Environmental Board craft the criteria
for what became the Quechee Analysis. Take a look through our extensive experience in aesthetics analysis and see how we can help you throughout the permitting process.
