Environmental Assessment for Wind Resources - Offshore Georgia
T.J. Boyle Associates, under subcontract to Avanti Corporation, prepared highly accurate and realistic visual representation of an off-shore meteorological tower and two buoys from 5 public viewpoints. Media include large immerse panoramic simulations, single frame simulations, and video simulations. TJBA conducted a visual impact analysis, prepared a comprehensive report and summarized for the EA.
