Renovated to meet Section 8 housing requirements, this historic brick building in downtown Windsor provides market rate and affordable housing. T. J. Boyle Associates worked with Gossens Bachman Architects on the site layout and landscape, and provided exterior lighting, planting, grading and parking plans.
