VELCO East Avenue Loop
Recently completed, the VELCO: East Avenue Loop project is 4 1/2 Miles of dual 115 kV transmission lines that help ensure electricity reliability for the Burlington, Vermont region. T. J. Boyle Associates worked extensively on the project, preparing an Aesthetic Analysis Report, GIS maps, landscape mitigation plans, and 3D visualizations.
