Reid Commons
Reid Commons is a mixed-income independent living community developed and operated by Cathedral Square located in St. Albans City. TJBA collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to bring the project to its completion in 2025, providing site design, construction detailing, and contract administration. The design promotes sustainability in both building efficiency and environmental stewardship, with sustainably designed outdoor spaces, community garden beds, and amenity spaces that promote health and wellness.
